This Yogurt Bark is a healthy frozen snack made with creamy vanilla yogurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and crunchy granola. It’s quick to prepare, naturally refreshing, and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a nutritious snack on warm days.

Ingredients

2 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup strawberries, diced

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup granola

Optional: honey for drizzling

Instructions

1. Line a quarter sheet pan or baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Spread the vanilla yogurt evenly over the prepared pan using a spatula.

3. Sprinkle the diced strawberries, blueberries, and granola evenly over the yogurt.

4. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt.

5. Freeze for about 3 hours or until completely firm.

6. Remove from the freezer and cut or break into 12 to 15 pieces.
