2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
