Soft, chewy vegan air fryer cookies with crispy edges.

Ingredients

120g vegan block butter

100g light brown soft sugar

50g granulated sugar

2 tbsp unsweetened non-dairy milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

210g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp bicarbonate of soda

½ tsp salt

120g dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

1. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper

2. Cream butter and sugars

3. Mix in milk and vanilla

4. Add dry ingredients and stir

5. Fold in chocolate

6. Divide dough into balls

7. Air fry at 160°C for 10-15 mins

8. Cool in basket 5-10 mins before transferring
