Turkish eggs (cilbir) with creamy yogurt, poached eggs, and spiced butter sauce.

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt

1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp pepper

salt

cayenne

dill

1/2 stick butter

1 tbsp chili flakes

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cumin

4 eggs

vinegar

Instructions

1. Prepare yogurt mixture

2. Melt butter with spices

3. Bring water to simmer

4. Add vinegar

5. Poach eggs

6. Spread yogurt on plate

7. Add eggs

8. Drizzle butter

9. Serve

Notes

Use thick yogurt

Do not overcook eggs

Serve immediately
