1 lb ground beef
Kosher salt
Black pepper
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups vegetable oil
2 corn tortillas (cut strips)
2 heads romaine lettuce
2 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup pico de gallo
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1. Cook beef in skillet until browned.
2. Add seasoning and tomato paste.
3. Heat oil and fry tortilla strips until crispy.
4. Prepare lettuce in a large bowl.
5. Add tomatoes, beans, and beef.
6. Top with cheese and toppings.
7. Serve immediately.
