Quick sweet and sour chicken with pineapple, vegetables, and tangy sauce ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 lb chicken breast

1 cup carrots

1/2 cup green bell pepper

1/2 cup red bell pepper

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 can pineapple chunks

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp ginger

Instructions

1. Heat oil in wok

2. Cook chicken until browned

3. Add vegetables and garlic

4. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch

5. Add pineapple, vinegar, sugar, ginger

6. Bring to boil and thicken sauce

7. Serve hot over rice

Notes

Adjust sugar and vinegar to taste

Use fresh vegetables for best texture
