Ingredients

4 bell peppers

1/2 cup rice

2 cups tomato sauce

1 onion

olive oil

protein of choice

parsley

cheese optional

Instructions

1. Cook rice until tender

2. Prepare peppers by removing seeds

3. Cook onion and protein

4. Mix with rice and sauce

5. Fill peppers with mixture

6. Bake covered until tender

7. Add cheese and bake again

Use your favorite protein

Add extra sauce to keep moist
