8 oz pasta
5 ears corn
1 cup tomatoes
4 green onions
1/4 cup cilantro
2 jalapeños
1 cup cotija cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp hot sauce
