1 pint strawberries, hulled and diced
Juice and zest from 1 medium lime
1 1/2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Freshly ground black pepper
Tortilla chips for serving
1. Whisk lime juice, lime zest, honey, and salt in a bowl
2. Add diced strawberries to the bowl
3. Stir in jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro
4. Season with black pepper
5. Mix gently until combined
6. Let salsa rest for 30 minutes if desired
