A sweet and tangy strawberry rhubarb crisp with a crunchy oat topping.

Ingredients

3 cups strawberries

3 cups rhubarb

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

1 cup oats

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

1 cup butter

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. Mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and flour

3. Transfer mixture to baking dish

4. Combine oats, flour, sugar, and butter

5. Sprinkle topping over fruit

6. Bake for 45 minutes until golden

7. Cool slightly and serve
