Fresh homemade strawberry popsicles made with real strawberries and lemon juice. Vegan, dairy free, and perfect for summer.
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1. Add strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice to blender
2. Blend until completely smooth
3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups
4. Insert wooden sticks
5. Freeze until firm for at least 4 hours
6. Unmold popsicles carefully
7. Store properly in freezer and enjoy
Freeze overnight for best texture
Use ripe strawberries for sweeter flavor
Wrap individually for longer freezer storage
