2 cups cooked grilled chicken breast, sliced
4 cups fresh spinach or mixed greens
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup toasted almonds or pecans
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt to taste

1. Wash and dry the spinach or mixed greens thoroughly.
2. Slice the strawberries and thinly slice the red onion.
3. Cook or grill the chicken breast and slice into strips.
