5 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. In a bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.

4. Fold in whipped cream gently until light and fluffy.

5. In another bowl combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice and let sit for 10 minutes.

6. Layer graham cracker mixture into serving cups.

7. Add a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust.

8. Top with strawberry mixture.

9. Repeat layers if desired.

10. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
