Fresh spinach salad with apples, pecans, cranberries, and goat cheese.
5 oz fresh spinach
1 Gala or Honeycrisp apple (sliced)
1/3 cup red onion (sliced)
1 cup candied pecans
2 oz goat cheese (crumbled)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
Apple cider vinaigrette
Salt and pepper
1. Add spinach, apple, and onion to bowl.
2. Toss with dressing.
3. Add pecans, cheese, and cranberries.
4. Mix gently and serve.
Add dressing just before serving for best texture.
Customize with pears, walnuts, or feta.
