1.5 lb chicken breast cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onion diced
3 cloves garlic
1 can artichokes
1 can diced tomatoes
1.5 cups spinach
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven
2. Cook chicken in skillet
3. Add onion garlic and seasoning
4. Add artichokes tomatoes and spinach
5. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese
6. Bake until golden and cooked through
Drain vegetables well
Do not overcook chicken
