1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon relish

1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 small flour tortillas
2 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced onion
1. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and hot sauce to make the sauce
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
3. Divide beef into 4 portions and place on skillet
4. Season with salt and pepper
