1½ pounds cooked shrimp
16 ounces linguine pasta
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons chopped basil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and ground black pepper
1. Cook linguine until al dente.
2. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
3. Add heavy cream and bring to just boiling.
4. Stir in shrimp and herbs, heat through.
5. Toss linguine with sauce.
6. Add Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
7. Serve hot.
Do not overcook shrimp.
