8 ounces shrimp 1/2 teaspoon salt Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 3 tablespoons oil 3 eggs 2 green onions 4 cups cooked rice 3/4 cup peas and carrots 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1. Season shrimp with salt pepper and cornstarch Cook shrimp in hot oil and remove Scramble eggs and set aside Cook green onions and rice Add soy sauce vegetables shrimp and eggs Stir and serve hot
Use cold leftover rice for best results. Cook over high heat. Add extra soy sauce to taste.
