1 lb carrots
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
parsley
1. Preheat oven
2. Mix ingredients
3. Coat vegetables
4. Spread on tray
5. Roast 30-40 minutes
6. Garnish and serve
