Roasted Cauliflower – Crispy, Flavorful & Easy Oven Perfection

Crispy roasted cauliflower with garlic and Parmesan, easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 large cauliflower, cut into florets

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F

2. Cut cauliflower into florets

3. Mix with olive oil and garlic

4. Spread evenly in baking dish

5. Roast for 25 minutes

6. Stir halfway through

7. Add Parmesan and parsley

8. Broil for 3–5 minutes until golden

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan

Use high heat for crispiness

Add cheese at the end
