Crispy and flavorful roasted asparagus made with simple ingredients in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F

2. Place asparagus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil

3. Add garlic, salt, and pepper and toss to coat

4. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet

5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top

6. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes

7. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice

8. Serve immediately
