4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/3 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 double pie crust
1. Preheat oven to 450°F
2. Prepare pie crust in dish
3. Mix sugar and flour
4. Add rhubarb and sugar mixture
5. Dot with butter and cover with top crust
6. Bake 15 minutes at 450°F
7. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 40 minutes
