1 cup strawberries
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Popsicle sticks
1. Blend all strawberry layer ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour strawberry mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 40 to 60 minutes.
3. Mix white layer ingredients together and pour over strawberry layer.
4. Freeze white layer for 40 to 60 minutes.
5. Blend blueberry layer ingredients immediately before pouring.
6. Pour blueberry layer into molds and insert popsicle sticks.
7. Freeze for at least 8 hours until fully solid.
8. Run warm water over molds and serve cold.
Use coconut yogurt for dairy-free popsicles.
Fresh or thawed frozen berries both work well.
Wrap popsicles individually for easier freezer storage.
