Fluffy and healthy protein pancakes perfect for breakfast or post-workout.

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup cottage cheese

3/4 cup milk

2 eggs

2 tbsp oil

Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients

2. Whisk wet ingredients

3. Combine mixtures

4. Heat pan

5. Pour batter

6. Cook until bubbles form

7. Flip and cook

Cook on medium heat
