1/2 pineapple peeled and cored 8 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/2 cup water
1. Peel and core the pineapple. Cut pineapple into chunks. Add pineapple, sugar, and water to blender. Blend until completely smooth. Chill mixture in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Freeze mixture in ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions. Transfer sorbet to freezer-safe container before serving.
