These peanut butter balls are an easy no-bake treat made with simple pantry ingredients. Perfect as peanut butter energy balls, holiday treats, or quick protein snacks.

Ingredients

1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or powdered sugar

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for coating)

Instructions

1. Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.

2. Mix in oats until a thick dough forms.

3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

4. Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.

5. Optional: Melt chocolate chips and dip peanut butter balls to coat.

6. Return to refrigerator until chocolate sets before serving.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.

For protein balls, add 1/4 cup protein powder.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage.
