1.5 pounds chicken breast
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup mixed vegetables

1 zucchini
green onions
2 tablespoons pesto
salt and pepper
