Creamy no churn vanilla ice cream made with only 4 simple ingredients and no ice cream machine required.

Ingredients

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste

Pinch of fine sea salt

2 cups cold heavy cream

Instructions

1. Place a metal bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes

2. Whisk condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, and sea salt in a separate bowl

3. Pour cold heavy cream into chilled bowl and beat until stiff peaks form

4. Fold condensed milk mixture gently into whipped cream

5. Transfer mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf pan

6. Cover surface with plastic wrap

7. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving

Notes

Use very cold heavy cream for best texture

Let ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping
