A rich and creamy New York cheesecake with a smooth texture and classic flavor.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

3 packages cream cheese

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 pint sour cream

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Mix crumbs, butter, sugar

3. Press into pan

4. Beat cream cheese

5. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla

6. Mix in sour cream

7. Pour into crust

8. Bake 50 minutes

9. Add topping and bake 5 minutes

10. Chill 6 hours
