8 oz mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
1.5 tsp garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1. Melt butter in skillet
2. Add mushrooms and garlic
3. Cook until browned
4. Add broth, cream, and seasonings
5. Simmer until thickened
6. Serve over steak
Use fresh mushrooms
Do not overcook
Add parmesan for extra flavor
