Easy and creamy mini cheesecakes perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package vanilla wafers

2 packages cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 can fruit topping

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

2. Line muffin tins

3. Crush wafers

4. Press into liners

5. Mix cream cheese and sugar

6. Add eggs and vanilla

7. Fill liners

8. Bake 15 minutes

9. Cool and chill
