1/4 cup butter

3 tbsp flour

2.5 cups milk

2 cups cheddar cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

1/2 cup bread crumbs

paprika

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

2. Cook macaroni

3. Drain and transfer to dish

4. Make roux with butter and flour

5. Add milk slowly

6. Add cheese and melt

7. Pour over pasta

8. Prepare topping

9. Bake until golden
