1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 cup milk
1/2 package Neufchatel cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 cup blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease pan
2. Mix cake mix, milk, cheese, lemon juice, eggs, zest
3. Beat for 3 minutes until smooth
4. Coat blueberries with dry mix
5. Fold berries into batter
6. Pour into pan
7. Bake 40-45 minutes
8. Cool completely
9. Prepare glaze and drizzle on top
