1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 teaspoon lavender buds
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons water
1 ounce lavender syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
1 cup kombucha or sparkling water
1. Heat blueberries lavender honey and water
2. Mash and strain mixture
3. Cool syrup
4. Fill glass with ice
5. Add syrup and lemon juice
6. Pour kombucha
7. Stir gently
8. Garnish and serve
