Healthy kale caesar salad with creamy dressing, crunchy croutons, and parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale

1 bunch kale

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 cloves garlic

2 anchovy fillets

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper

2 tablespoons grated parmesan

1 cup croutons

Instructions

1. Prepare dressing by blending ingredients

2. Place kale in bowl

3. Massage kale until soft

4. Add dressing gradually

5. Toss to coat evenly

6. Top with croutons and cheese

7. Serve fresh
