12 ounces cream cheese softened
1 package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon bacon bits
12 ounces jalapeño peppers seeded and halved
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 quarts oil for frying
1. Mix cream cheese Cheddar cheese and bacon bits until combined
2. Fill jalapeño halves evenly with cheese mixture
3. Prepare separate bowls with milk flour and bread crumbs
4. Dip stuffed jalapeños into milk then flour
5. Allow coated peppers to rest for 10 minutes
6. Dip peppers into milk again and coat with bread crumbs
7. Repeat bread crumb coating process once more
8. Heat oil to 365 degrees Fahrenheit
