Soft baked rolls filled with ham and Swiss cheese and topped with buttery mustard sauce.
12 soft rolls
1/3 cup mustard
12 ounces ham
8 ounces Swiss cheese
7 tablespoons butter
1/4 onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Salt
Black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix butter sauce ingredients.
3. Slice rolls horizontally.
4. Spread mustard on rolls.
5. Layer ham and cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
7. Add tops and pour butter mixture over rolls.
8. Cover and bake 20 minutes.
9. Remove foil and bake until golden.
10. Slice and serve warm.
Use Hawaiian rolls for extra sweetness.
Leftovers keep for 4 days.
Reheat in the oven for best texture.
