This healthy buffalo chicken dip is a lighter, high-protein version made with Greek yogurt and lean chicken breast. Perfect for parties, meal prep, and low-carb snacking.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup buffalo sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Mix Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until smooth.

3. Stir in shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.

4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

5. Fold in half of the shredded cheese.

6. Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until bubbly and golden.

8. Serve warm with vegetables or whole-grain crackers.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.

Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level.
