4 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1. Place chicken breasts in zip-top bag and pound evenly
2. Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon zest
3. Add chicken to marinade and coat thoroughly
