8 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
8 egg yolks
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cooked chicken
1. Boil broth with vegetables
2. Simmer 20 minutes
3. Add butter and flour mixture
4. Whisk egg yolks
5. Temper eggs with hot soup
6. Add egg mixture back
7. Add rice and chicken
8. Heat gently and serve
Do not boil after adding eggs
