Creamy garlic parmesan roasted cauliflower made with simple ingredients and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

1 whole cauliflower

1/4 cup water

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp fresh chives

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Remove leaves and core from cauliflower

3. Place in dish with water

4. Microwave for 8 minutes

5. Drain and dry cauliflower

6. Mix mayonnaise garlic and Parmesan

7. Coat cauliflower evenly

8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

9. Sprinkle chives and serve

Use fresh garlic for best flavor

Dry cauliflower before coating
