Creamy garlic parmesan pasta made with simple ingredients and ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

6 oz spaghetti

1 tablespoon butter

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup pasta water

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

1. Boil pasta in salted water

2. Reserve pasta water

3. Melt butter in pan

4. Cook garlic until fragrant

5. Add pasta water and cheese

6. Stir until creamy

7. Add pasta and toss

8. Serve with parsley

Notes

Use fresh parmesan for best texture

Add pasta water slowly

Keep heat medium to avoid clumping
