3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Parmesan cheese
1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast.
2. Allow yeast to become foamy.
3. Mix flour and salt.
4. Add yeast mixture, water, and olive oil.
5. Knead until smooth.
6. Allow dough to rise until doubled.
7. Divide dough into 8 pieces.
8. Roll each piece into a rope.
9. Tie each rope into a knot.
10. Bake until golden brown.
11. Mix butter and garlic.
12. Brush knots with garlic butter.
13. Add toppings and serve.
Use whole wheat flour for extra flavor.
