Fresh fruit kabobs made with colorful strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, cantaloupe, and blackberries for a healthy snack or party appetizer.
1 cup strawberries
1 cup cantaloupe cubed
1 cup pineapple cubed
1/2 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
1/2 cup red grapes
1/2 cup blackberries
12 bamboo skewers
1. Wash all fruit thoroughly
2. Remove strawberry tops
3. Cube cantaloupe and pineapple
4. Peel and slice kiwi
5. Thread fruit onto skewers in rainbow order
6. Arrange on serving platter
7. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
Store refrigerated for up to 2 days
Serve with yogurt dip or chocolate sauce
