Creamy homemade frozen yogurt made with simple ingredients and available in five delicious flavors including vanilla, fruit, chocolate, and peanut butter.
1 quart whole milk plain yogurt
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Optional flavor additions:
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups frozen fruit
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup peanut butter
1. Whisk together all ingredients for your chosen flavor until smooth
2. Blend fruit variation in a blender if making fruit frozen yogurt
3. Chill the mixture if needed until cold
4. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions
5. Transfer churned frozen yogurt to a freezer-safe container
6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm
7. Allow frozen yogurt to soften for 15 to 20 minutes before serving
8. Scoop and serve with desired toppings

Store frozen yogurt in an airtight container

If not using an ice cream maker stir every 30 minutes during the first 4 hours of freezing
