Ingredients
8 oz cottage cheese 2 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup white chocolate magic shell topping Additional crushed cookies for topping White chocolate drizzle optional
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Fold crushed chocolate sandwich cookies into the mixture. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Tap molds gently to remove air bubbles. Freeze for 2-3 hours until completely firm. Pour magic shell coating into a tall narrow glass. Dip frozen pops into the coating until fully covered. Add extra crushed cookies or white chocolate drizzle immediately. Serve immediately or return to freezer for later.
