1 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon cornstarch 2 teaspoons water 1 1/2 cups cold water 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice 6 tablespoons sugar 6 cups ice
1. Combine blueberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice in saucepan Bring mixture to a boil Mix cornstarch and water in small bowl Add cornstarch mixture to blueberries Cook until thickened Refrigerate blueberry sauce until cool Add cold water, lemon juice, and sugar to blender Blend until sugar dissolves Add ice and blend until thick and smooth Pour frozen lemonade into glasses Swirl blueberry sauce into lemonade Top with additional blueberry sauce and serve immediately
Fresh blueberries may be substituted Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar Serve immediately for best frozen texture
