Festive layered Firecracker Jello Cups with colorful gelatin, creamy filling, and cherries perfect for patriotic parties and summer celebrations.
1 box berry blue Jello mix
Water according to package instructions
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 box strawberry or raspberry Jello mix
1 jar maraschino cherries with stems
Whipped cream optional
1. Prepare the blue Jello according to package directions and pour into cups until one-third full
2. Refrigerate the blue layer for 60 to 90 minutes until firm
3. Dissolve unflavored gelatin into hot water and stir in sweetened condensed milk
4. Spoon the creamy mixture over the blue layer until cups are two-thirds full
5. Refrigerate again for 60 to 90 minutes
6. Prepare the red Jello according to package directions
7. Place one cherry on top of each creamy layer and fill cups with red Jello
8. Refrigerate until fully set and adjust cherry stems upright after 10 minutes
9. Top with whipped cream before serving if desired
Allow every layer to fully set before adding the next
Store refrigerated until serving
