Creamy fettuccine alfredo made with butter, garlic, cream, and fresh Parmesan.
10 oz fettuccine
1/2 cup butter
5 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1 egg yolk
2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley
1. Cook pasta until al dente
2. Melt butter and cook garlic
3. Mix egg yolk with cream
4. Heat cream and add mixture slowly
5. Add Parmesan and stir
6. Combine with pasta and serve
Use fresh Parmesan for best results
Do not boil cream too much
Serve immediately
