1/4 cup milk

1 green bell pepper chopped

1 red bell pepper chopped

Green onions

Bacon pieces

Cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Grease muffin tin

3. Mix vegetables in bowl

4. Add eggs milk and seasonings

5. Stir in cheese

6. Pour into muffin cups

7. Bake 30 minutes
