8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
Green onions
Bacon pieces
Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Grease muffin tin
3. Mix vegetables in bowl
4. Add eggs milk and seasonings
5. Stir in cheese
6. Pour into muffin cups
7. Bake 30 minutes
8. Cool slightly and serve
